Terms of use
Effective date: October 1, 2026
Thazen, LLC ("Thazen," "we," "us," or "our") operates the public marketing website at www.thazen.com (the "Site"). These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms cover the Site only. Use of Thazen products or professional services is governed by a separate written agreement between Thazen and the customer or teammate.
1. Eligibility and business use
The Site is intended only for business professionals aged 18 or older acting on behalf of an organization. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you are using the Site for business purposes on behalf of an organization, not for personal consumer use. If you do not meet these requirements, do not use the Site.
2. The Site
The Site provides information about Thazen and a way to contact us. Content on the Site is for general information only and is not a binding offer, quote, or commitment unless confirmed in a signed agreement.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, related systems, or networks;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site (including denial-of-service attacks, scraping that impairs the Site, or introducing malware);
- use the Site to send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited or deceptive communications;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting forms;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Site except as permitted by law; or
- use the Site in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws.
We may suspend or block access for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe harms the Site, other users, or Thazen.
4. Contact requests
If you submit a contact form, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that we may use it to respond to you, for related business communications, and for occasional marketing emails about Thazen, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each email or by emailing hello@thazen.com; opting out does not stop responses to your inquiry. Submitting a form does not create a customer relationship or a commitment to provide services.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, design, and software, are owned by Thazen or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Thazen grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for your internal business evaluation of Thazen. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except for fair use or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
6. Trademarks
"Thazen," the Thazen name and marks, and related logos are trademarks or service marks of Thazen, LLC. Other names and marks on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners. No license to any trademark is granted by these Terms except as needed to identify Thazen in good faith.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Links do not imply endorsement.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thazen disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content is accurate or complete.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thazen and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thazen's total liability arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. International access; export controls and sanctions
The Site is operated from the United States and is not intended for, or offered in, every jurisdiction. Access from certain countries is blocked. You may not access or use the Site if you are located in, or are a national or resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or if you are on a U.S. denied-party list. You must comply with all applicable U.S. export control and sanctions laws in connection with your use of the Site.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of information through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.
13. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts located in Lake County, Florida, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Ocala Division, for disputes arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms, except that Thazen may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
14. General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Thazen regarding the Site and supersede prior understandings on that subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination of your access to the Site.
